… Some just want to meet more guitar players. There are a variety of reasons people come.  Levels range from early beginner (still trying to learn and/or keep up with basic chord transitions) to folks who have been playing 30 years or more (but maybe not so much with others - hence the desire to play in a group like this) and some who like to teach a bit. … A co-organizer of this group offers beginning guitar classes at his home, and there is talk of starting a singer/song-writers group. Other members are welcome to host groups in their homes as well -- with a focus, e.g. blues/improv, etc.
