The London Jazz Guitar Society was started to create a community of jazz guitarists living in the London area. The aim is to: - publicise gigs, events and workshops in and around London with jazz guitar as the main focus. - provide opportunities for getting together to play and share knowledge / experience. Players of all levels are welcome.
This group is aimed at those people who play an instrument and would like to meet up and take part in jam sessions. We will have to find a free space or hire a space where we can play but in the meantime we can keep in touch and see how it goes. Definitely we will meet up. Players of all instruments are welcome but of course it's a lot easier to carry a guitar wherever you go than a piano.
